Logitech has announced a new Reach webcam that comes with a special tripod, reports The Verge.
According to the company, the novelty is perfect for displaying non-digital content, such as books or handwritten text, as well as for making presentations and video calls. At the heart of Reach is the $170 Logitech Streamcam webcam, which is capable of recording video with a resolution of 1080p and a speed of 60 frames per second. It has autofocus and supports 4.3 times magnification.
However, the key feature of the Reach is the articulated tripod, which allows you to move the camera along the horizontal and vertical planes, as well as rotate it on its axis. The camera itself is mounted on a special bracket that allows you to change the angle of tilt and rotation of the camera.
